took forever to do a pre-approval only to tell me to come back after income taxes , lucky for me i contacted a another mortgage company & got pre-approved same day , i just closed on my dream hse ....thanks Rhonda for wasting my time

Hello, congratulations on your new home. When you originally came to us it took you a while to get us all the documentation we needed to review. We gave you our honest feedback on how to prepare you to buy once all your documentation was reviewed....

We were in contact with Rhonda and her team throughout the process of securing and finalizing financing for the purchase of a second property. We ended up closing a few days early because we completed everything a little early.
