Better communication. Waiting on a response for over 24 hours, sometimes days is unacceptable.

Respond to emails, texts, phone calls in a timely manner. Answer the phone and keep real estate agents in the loop. Responding to a message 24 hours later, if at all, is not ok. If you don’t have an answer yet, send a quick text saying as much....
