The interest rate is 0.75% higher than that offered by other mortgage providers. Due to time constraints, I proceeded with the loan closure; otherwise, I would have chosen a different company..
This was the second time that I used mutual of omaha and both times I was really happy with the service I received.
The only thing that I don't like is that you guys sell your loans to other companies
