Good person to work with.
Renee was great! She was available for all of my questions, responded promptly and kept me informed and updated throughout. The entire process was much easier than I anticipated.
Renee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite hiccups, delays and extra precautions that come up due to COVID, she kept us in the loop and on task to bring our refinance to a close quickly and efficiently.
Renee is an incredibly personable person who is knowledgeable and who will go to great lengths to take care of her customers. She is amazing!

It's very exciting to help families buy their first home, a vacation home, investment property or simply their next home; and to watch their dreams take flight as we refinance their current mortgage into lower payments or a shorter term is such a fulfilling moment. A mortgage is the biggest loan most people will ever obtain and I keep this in mind at ever turn and make sure everyone feels comfortable with the decision. The majority of the families I help were referred by other families. I enjoy being a part of the family! In 2013 I moved from the Willamette Valley to Bend where I accepted a position as the Branch Manager with our Bend location.
