Fast and easy
The staff was friendly and responsive. Genie Kulak was great she kept me updated along the way, and made sure she was doing things in the best interest of me.
Everyone was great from the receptionist to the loan officer! Burying a house for the first time is nerve wrecking but they answered all my questions and put me at ease. So thankful my realtor reccomended me this wonderful place.
I basicly didn't have to wory about any major thing, Renata's team took care about everything during the refinancing process, only a few simple phone calls and done.
We've never physically met due to Covid-19, but the team tried their best to keep me informed. Great staff.
