    We alway had a way of contacting someone to get answers to our questions. We alway felt that we were kept abreast of what was happening with our loan. We have to give extra credit to Jessica she was alway there with whatever we needed.

    While I’m happy that they will let me refinance for free, I’m not happy with how I was going to be charged 3500 dollars for a point that would have lowered my interest rate by only 0.12% and not he told about it. When I caught that in the paperwork...
