Easy to talk to and explain everything
Better; more professional communication. CBM wasn't clear in some of the verbiage they decided to use. Things such as how they confirmed only 10% deposit was needed and then that changed after more information was found.
I can always rely on Gina to answer any questions I have regardless of what time it is. She always goes above and beyond for my family and I and we truly appreciate her :)
