Easy, professional, a great experience.
All good, but various fees showed up on our contract that had to be adjusted at closing and no one had an answer as to what or why they were there. Very few return phone calls when asking for clarification.
Orion made the loan process a breeze, he was always available for any questions we had, and if not he promptly returned our calls.

I like the way they work they tried to do everything within and few weeks/months and I could tell they were trying their best to finish before closing.
