We were told multiple times what to expect for closing costs, but when title company had lots of fees Ioana didn't expect she went the extra mile to get us down to what we were promised and got it done!
My overall experience was great. This was my first time buying a home and the process was overwhelming, but they helped me navigate through it.

Too many last minute requests and lack of ability to nail down closing cost amounts. The total fees between mortgage company and escrow company seemed high, as they were nearly double what we paid last time we financed at home.
