Level of communication in regards to keeping us informed and the time frame when requesting documents could've been better. The overall experience was agreeable.

She is amazing. I can call her or email and she normally responds in 15 minutes, it's crazy. She works tirelessly to do whatever necessary to help close the loan. Can't thank her enough.
Attempted to work with Texas Lending and it turned into a nightmare with them going dark and not returning an email or phone call for 45 days. I reached out to Suzie, and she has worked tirelessly to help close my loan. She is AWESOME!
