Worked hard to achieve our very tight time frame. Could have been a little faster to return messages- but overall pleased with process.
We are first time home buyers and felt Academy had good knowledge of what to do, however, the communication was lacking. It was frustrating not getting a response and made us anxious thinking we may miss a deadline.
