I was kept informed at all times and whenever I had a question, the responses came very quickly and fully explained.

I just felt very stressed at the end. I wasn’t sure we would close on time. I felt there was little guidance up front on items needed in terms of documents. The app was confusing at times. The closing felt awkward and disjointed.
