Eduardo was very helpful and easy to work with....made the process not so difficult.

Mr. Jordan and Towne Bank offer more help and education than other banks. I know from first-hand experience. Better rates, if you want/ or need, state programs, etc. I am glad the experience went smoothly.

Eduardo is great at communicating with myself and the client. He is very knowledgeable with all different loan products. I know when I refer someone to Eduardo that I can’t trust he’ll serve them well.

Bruce was a very knowledgeable about the mortgage market. His greatest strength is his interaction with us. He answered the phone when I called or would call me back within 10 or 15 minutes. Kept us apprised of all aspects of the process.
