Very professional
Kevin was amazing! We worked together for about 10 months on my long term rate lock loan and he answered my questions timely the entire time.
I appreciate that despite the hurdles and challenges Kevin and his team were able to help me close on time . I appreciate all their hard work and advice
Kevin was very pleasant, helpful and always responsive.
Kevin and his team were very responsive, encouraging, and professional through the whole loan process.
Kevin was quick and responsive even though we were on complete opposite ends of the country. It didn't matter because he replied almost right away to every request
I found Kevin to be professional, courteous and prompt in all his dealings with me, during my loan process. Kevin did recommend making a change in the original plan in order to save me money on the loan overall.
The speed and professionalism from Kevin processing our loan made it stress free and easy to understand what’s needed to happen.

About
In 1997, John Walsh started a mortgage company. It was a simple enough decision on its face—after years in the industry, he had the experience, the know-how, and a briefcase full of big ideas.
Over the next decade, his company grew from a tiny 3 person shop to a national lender. And when the housing crisis leveled the mortgage industry in 2007, Total Mortgage was one of the few lenders to survive intact. We owe that to a single choice John had made years earlier, as other lenders were making a killing putting borrowers in homes they would never be able to pay for, signing off on the very deals that would lead to the recession. We would only offer people the loans we knew they could afford.
