The only feedback I have is to provide more homeowner education upfront about mortgage points. Tonya included points that would break even in 3 years, but just included them and I had to ask questions about it. Other people may not ask and...

Working Tonya and her team was great. I always felt I was able to ask any questions and they would be answered very promptly and thoroughly. They were always one step ahead of the curve, which made everything with the process very easy.
