She thoroughly communicated everything and explained everything to me when I didn't understand it I never felt unknowledgeable because i didnt know something because of her patience with my many questions

Communication was sporadic sometimes. Personal financial documents requirements requested by underwriter seemed intrusive and without much clarification/explanation from the loan company.

Connor was always available to answer any questions very quickly. He was very knowledgable and always professional. I couldn't have imagined going through the loan process without Connor!!!
