Pleasant process
Everything just went smooth from beginning to end
Most communication was made from myself to your group. Communication from your group was lax. Some items requested were vaguely explained.
The process could be simpler with less repetition of same submissions. Also communication is all over the place, sometimes email, sometimes encrypted message, etc.. It's good but could be better
Diane Franks and Jennifer Taylor. Both made this whole process very easy and they were very helpful in answering our questions. Best closing we have ever had, really!!
