Phil's team was very responsive and provided timely feedback if and when I had questions throughout the loan process.
Everyone stayed on top of the process the entire way. No problems at all which allowed the closing to go as planned.
Good communication, everything was done on time
No issues. Settlement went perfectly.
Very fast responses with questions and making sure all my bases were covered.
Always available to answer any question and very transparent in terms of how the closing process was going.
