Everyone on Phil's team worked with me to make my closing go smoothly -- buying a new house while selling my current home.
While we hit a couple speed bumps, Phil jumped right in and smoothed it out. In the end, Phil and his team did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure to work with them.
Rates were competitive and the team was helpful throughout the process. They were quick to respond to inquiries, and were timely with their pieces of the home purchasing process.

If we would have had more steady communication, especially with the same person, it would have made it less stressful for us. It, also, would have made it a better experience overall, in my line of work communication is key.
Confusion with who I was working with - didn’t like the email about final preparations to close - I have bought 3 other houses and never had such a ordeal.
