Everyone was polite and professional. Any questions we had were answered within a day, most of the time hours. We were first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions, and it was really helpful that everyone was so responsive.
Communication was great and really explained everything in detail when it came to my loan and what I should expect. This is my first home purchase and Phil and his team made it very exciting!
We had to unfreeze credit multiple times including up to the very end. This was not easy as both my wife and I have credit freezes on our accounts. We do not understand the multiple times we had to do this.
They made the process of buying our new home such an easy process! We definitely felt like they were on our side even when we wanted to give up. I highly recommend Phil Jawny and his team! They are always full of excitement and professional!...
