Too bad you can't give negative stars because this is the absolute worse mortgage company!!!! Closing was rescheduled four times and on the day of the actual closing they still did not have the information correct, which caused us to spend...

John Esquivel was very helpful. He made the whole process a lot easier by explaining everything from our initial meeting to the very last. He was always available to answer questions or doubts which made the whole thing a lot less stressful....

It would have been better if there was clear communication and timely. There was a 5 minute notification of meeting for the closing of the loan. Paperwork was incomplete with errors.
