Mark was SO easy to work with. Being 80 yrs. old, I found most of the information given to me confusing. Mark’s patience was incredible. He never hesitated to reassure me that he was there to help me through it all, and he did!

Jerry went through extra steps to help me get a HECM when my husband was in the hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away and Jerry was very accommodating in waiting for probate and helping me. I could not have asked for any better service.
