    It was great... until the final process with the lawyers who thought they knew what they were doing but didn't. Their incompetence created an uncomfortable inconvenience to what had been a smooth closing process.

    Thanks for your feedback Brenda. It was 26 days from when we could order your appraisal until we got your clear to close. I'm sorry the process felt drawn out. If I remember correctly I think the counseling was delayed but not sure.
