There were no problems, any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. Shari was always there even when she was on vacation she always answered text messages and called us frequently, thought that was awesome.

Shari was awesome and explained all procedures, excellent followup to all questions and documentation. We would not have proceeded with HECM if it wasn't for her knowlege or program.
