    Rich Williams has handled 3 mortgages for me. They have all been flawless and fast. Rich really knows the mortgage market / business and communicates well. If the need arose I would not hesitate to use Rich again.

    Matthew was always available to answer my questions and explain what was going to happen next. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Embrace Loans again and highly recommend Matthew Buxton.
