Rick Eaheart with Embrace Mortgages went above and beyond to help me before I even moved to Virginia by letting me know what I needed ahead of time so I could hit the ground running to buy a house as soon as we could after arriving.

I did not feel supported during this process. Communication was often short or unprofessional. Additionally, I often sensed a tone of annoyance, as though I should have known everything that was expected of me before I was even asked for it....
