Diana was always willing to explain any questions that I had and would respond very quickly. I really liked that she could give me monthly payment estimates very quickly.
Cathy is easy to work with and is in constant communication. If we had questions, she was available via text message.
There are so many people involved in the process and anonymous ones from annie make.... there should be a list of contacts and their role. I nearly deleted important email because I didn't know the sender.
