Alex was upfront with us and always made sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. This is our second transaction we have worked with Alex on and we haven't been disappointed once.
The communication from Larry was fantastic and getting an appraiser waiver within hours of receiving the ratified contract was amazing.
