The whole process went smooth from start to finish. Communication was great and all of my questions were answered very quickly.
Very simple process, most everything is done on-line
I would say that NFM intially wasn't very transparent with me on upfront cost to everything . However, once I voiced my concerns , they were addressed and they were able to promptly solve my concerns.
Not having so many different people that I had to talk to. If it was Jamaica I would have given it an eight or a nine, but Heidi that I had to work with was awful. She made my experience terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone...

Aaron and his team made the refinancing process quick, smooth, and easy to understand.
