Very polite, respectful and prompt.
Jamaica was by far more helpful than I expected. She gave a very personal experience to the entire lending process. I could not have asked for a better person to work with.
Mana was super helpful and very responsive. She did great work and we couldn't be happier.

The team was great to work with and I thought that the amount of communication was really good. Aaron was great in talking through options about down payments, etc.
This is my second deal with Jeff and he and his team are amazing. They accomodate tight deadlines and edge cases. Jeff is very responsive and is always willing to fully inform me about what's going on. I beleive he always find me the best deals...
