We had some issues with the seller, however JoAnn went out of her way and exceeded our expectations in assisting and getting involved in issues lenders won't ever gets involved into.

Great experience. Slight hiccup with getting VA loan COE-- mostly because of the VA. Bryan and his team were very prompt in replies and communication
I had an excellent experience working with NFM. Made it very easy to navigate all the steps, ALWAYS ON IT!!
