NFM Lending, Linthicum Heights, MD

It was a pleasure working with Blane and his team. Smooth and informative transactions. Woukd highly recommend.

Blane was great to work with! We were almost ready to retire and found a home a little early, before we were ready to sell.. Blane was a wealth of knowledge and helped with ideas for using equity from our current home to make a down payment...

Made the house buying process easy, even from across the country. Very communicative and accomodating.

As far as buying a home goes, the process was pretty hands off. We got constant updates and notifications of things we needed to do, as well as how to do them. We had full faith in our team to work in our interest.

NFM was amazing, great group of people to work with. Shout out to Shane Sprouse, he really knows what’s going on and gets things done. Would recommend NFM to anyone!

Mike Badessa did an amazing job guiding us through the home buying process. He was there for us every step of the way. His availability made us feel comfortable and covered at all times. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions....
