Everything was clear and concise each step of the process. Over-communication was normal. Availability was normal. We felt supported and educated throughout.
Aaron was available to answer all questions and we had lots of questions. He never made us feel stupid for not knowing or understanding. He wanted to be sure we understood what was going on.
