He was informative and had all information needed.
But he was pushy, and did not share rates comfortably. So we got bad rate than anyone in the market. It was not competitive.

Worked very hard for us to make sure we had everything needed and ready to go and closed on time, even with a curve ball or two thrown in at the last minute.
Jacob is more like lender beneficial person than helping Buyer. if he can give more help on points concept and remove to buy points, it will be good. over all closing costs also very high compare to other lenders, but it is not in his hands...
