Teresa was great facilitaing the process

I will say they are very helpful in the whole process of loans. There downfall is we asked if they sell loans after closing they said no, 10 days after we close they sold our loan and it's been sold 3 times since then we are always on time...

Marcus is fantastic to work with, personable, works quickly, has great communication and is patient when explaining the process and documents. I really appreciate all of his help and hard work.
