Mina was very helpful and quick to respond with all questions and concerns I had. She was very diligent in helping get the appropriate documents in to the underwriters.

Better communication during the process submitting loan documentation would be appreciated. Two phone outreaches to confirm if submitted documentation was adequate were not returned.
