Although the MMP with fed student loan forgiveness program process was overwhelming and there was limited time provided to review legal documents before signing, I still appreciates the Presidential Bank staff specially Ms. Darla for her patience...

Miss Wilson was extremely informative during the whole process and answered every question we could have thought of. She was very polite and always quick to respond throughout the whole process.
