Rich is very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive. He explained options and worked really hard to find us excellent financing. His processor Darla was so kind and helpful during all the paperwork steps. I highly recommend them.

Mark was always available when I had questions, always kept me updated on what was needed and when, worked with me to ensure I was comfortable with my future monthly payments, etc. Overall, he was very helpful.
