We got the rate down enough to be affordable, and then after that we found a good insurance company to tie it all together with. Terry (and associates) were also exceedingly patient with documentation.

Brian was outstanding! On top of the process at every turn. What can sometimes be an arduous process, Brian made sure it was smooth sailing all the way! I highly recommend Brian with any mortgage you might have !
