Michael is always going to tell you the truth as far as the condition of the loan status. He will not sugar coat it and lets you know what you have to do to get the deal done.
Kristene is very diligent. She will work to get you exception where its realistic, she knows her guidelines very well. She helps push to the team when there is an urgent issue needing to be resolved.

Good experience overall aside from the CD process. Seems like you have to jump through quite a few hoops just to get the CD out, it took almost a week from initially requesting.
