Working with Joseph has been a great experience. He's always available, quick to answer calls or messages, and truly go above and beyond to keep things moving smoothly. His proactive approach makes a huge difference.
It took a couple of loans for us to get a good flow but I have nothing but great things to say about Kristene. She steps in when needed and always helps direct the process. Most AE's disappear when it gets tough but she stays with it!
