This was my first file with Freedom, and Shannon was always available to help and guide us through the process. Although I constantly called her with questions and sometimes complaints, she was always helpful and supportive.
Brice, Lisa Chavez, and our underwriter An were awesome to work with. Super responsive, very helpful, and we got a tough(er) loan to the finish line. Will be using Freedom again!
