Mark is someone I could just hug through the phone. he is kind, and I could tell me cared about my processes in getting my loan closed. He was attentive and worked hard to help me work out all the details within the loan process

Shelly was great, but there are limits to what she is able or allowed to do to help. There is this common occurence with Freedom deals where they get stalled and stuck in the bottleneck at the end. It's like the first 3 weeks seem to run fine...
