The responsiveness of his team. U/R can be tightened up. Too many back and forths on the file. Turn times were great--closed FHA in 14 days. But had it not been for Mike's pressing, we would have been in the u/r Abyss.
Shelly was great at communicating and demonstrated both an eagerness to close the loan and the knowlege of the process to make it happen. Very happy and will be sending more business in the future .
