    Kelly is always responsive (even after hours), goes to bat when needed to, and doesn't ghost when there's a frog to be eaten...can't ask for more from an AE!

    She always answered her phone and helped me w/ any issues. This was my first time with using Freedom and i was skeptical if the service would be good be the pricing was solid . But overall I am impressed and just sent another file to Freedom!...
