    The overall process takes entirely too long in specific the CD process. Also freedom seems to offer things to their clients that never happen like file is ready for early cd but it really isn't because it's an exception that is never made....

    Delays with the CD are becoming very stressful when we are trying to meet time lines. Also, all the auto-generated notifications that go out to our borrowers prior to the CD create nothing but stress and confusion for them.
