The initial UW process is good, but it seems like clearing conditions is a challenge sometimes. You lose a lot of time during that stage.

Being a minic it would be nice to accept borrower credit inquiry explanation on plain paper written by borrower's instead of your Inquiry explanation form. Never had to have a selling agent certify contract that already certified by escrow....
