    Your underwriting staff is terrible the rep is great but unless you shorten the over burdened process I will not use this company again

    The communication with underwriting is very unclear, unorganized and turn times are to long. It seems to be a very green staff that ask for conditions that are way outside Fannie and Freddie guidelines. Pricing is good but its not good enough...

    This was a challenging file. The borrower was out of the country for most of the process and we needed to extend more than once. Mike was a huge help during this process! He kept me up to date on the deadlines and expiration dates.
