System seems to be much more proficient than it was 10 years ago.
I had a major issue at the end where the IRS transcripts were not complete. It was very up and down but eventually were able to close on time. Whew. No ones fault but it could have held up closing for weeks.
Mike was great and communicated well during the loan. on my jumbo our only 2 complaints came from 2 conditions that were out of the norm. a condition that our trust cert from escrow had to be recorded before docs was silly and not knowing freedom...
