    Absolutely no communication to we as the LO. I lost money on the last 2 loans submitted to Freedon. Because Underwriting is so slow. Unacceptable!

    A lot of improvements are needed and a better streamline of the process.... thank goodness that they were able to meet the deadline on this but Underwriting could have provided a better insight on what they wanted... even the Jr UW could not...
